NCA was started by Steve Crump, LPC, LCDC and Julia Schmitz, LCSW both of whom have extensive counseling and program development experience in private settings as well as public mental health and addiction treatment.
Our counseling services include individual, group, family, and couple/marital therapy and substance abuse treatment. Sessions are focused on assisting clients to evaluate and explore their personal growth issues in a confidential, compassionate environment with the belief that they will ultimately develop the insight and skills necessary to live more satisfying lives.
A leader, among Dallas area substance abuse outpatient treatment centers, our New Roads Sustained Recovery program is licensed by the State of Texas and Accredited by the Joint Commission on Healthcare Organizations. Intensive outpatient addiction treatment, IOP, allows clients to seek help while being able to continue with their daily life responsibilities. New Roads offers a Sustained Recovery Model of treatment, based on a continuum of care approach, provides long-term, follow-up, structure, support and accountability. All of which are essential components of long term recovery from addiction.
